1. How long can I stay at Auberge?
We offer flexible lease terms. Most guests stay anywhere from 2 weeks to several months, and we’ll work with you to find the right fit based on your needs and availability. Whether you're in town for just a little while or need more time, we’ve got you covered. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania requires a lease for any stay over 30 days. Additionally, a security deposit is required for longer term stays.
2. What’s included in the apartment?
Auberge apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready. That means:

High-quality bedding and towels
High speed Wifi and all utilities covered
In-unit washer/dryer
Flat screen, smart TV’s in the bedroom & living room.
Toiletries to get you started…think shampoo / conditioner, body soap, toilet paper.
One parking space
Select apartments provide a dedicated work space (Unit A3)
Comfortable furniture, curated décor, and thoughtful touches, all while being clutter free.

3. Is Auberge a hotel or an Airbnb?
Neither! Auberge offers the comfort of a home with the service of a boutique experience. We’re locally owned and operated, and we take great pride in caring for our guests. Think of us as the in-between: not a hotel, and not someone’s personal home—but a professionally managed apartment with personality and purpose.

We understand that plans change. Guests may cancel up to 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. For extended stays, please contact us directly to discuss flexible options.
7. Is there parking?
Yes! Our apartments include dedicated off-street parking, and we’ll confirm those details with you at booking. Street parking is also typically easy and free in the surrounding neighborhood.
8. Are pets allowed?
We understand that pets are part of the family, however outside of service animals we are a pet free building.
