  • All of our apartments are one bedrooms and will comfortably house one person or a couple.

  • We are flexible!  Most people stay a couple of weeks to a couple of months, but we will work with you to fit your timeline.

    The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania requires a lease agreement for any rental beyond 30 days.  A deposit and lease is required before securing your booking.

  • We do!  For longer stays, please contact us directly and we will send you a quote.

  • Early check in or late check out may be possible based on availability but must be agreed upon in advance.  Contact us directly to check.

  • We understand that plans change.  We offer full refunds if you cancel more than 30 days before your stay, and partial refunds between 30 and 14 days before your stay. 

  • Yes!  Every apartment is allotted one free parking space in the on-site parking lot.

  • Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets that are not service dogs in the building at this time.

  • Just your suitcase!  We have all of the essentials covered.  Here is an updated list of the amenities you’ll find in your apartment:

    • High quality linens: Sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths

    • Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, hair dryer

    • Toilet paper and tissues

    • Iron, ironing board

    • Washer and dryer, laundry detergent

    • Notepad, pen, and scissors

    • Nespresso and drip coffee machine, nespresso pods and coffee filters

    • Tea kettle

    • Microwave, toaster, oven, stove

    • Fridge, freezer, ice trays, water filter

    • Dish soap, sponge, drying rack, dishwasher and detergent

    • Bowls, plates, glasses, flatware

    • Cooking and serving utensils

    • Cutting board, collander

    • Pots, pans, and cooking trays

    • Pot holders

    • Peeler, can opener, bottle opener

    • Mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons

    • Food storage containers

    • Salt, pepper, and olive oil

    • Foil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, parchment paper

    • Paper towels, cleaning wipes, multipurpose spray, trash bags

    • Broom, swiffer mop

    • You can check in any time after 3pm, and check out time is 11am.

    • We offer simple, contact-less check in and check out.  The day before you are due to check in, we will provide access codes for your apartment.

    • Your door codes will activate at 3pm on the day of your arrival, and you may check in anytime after that.

    • All you need to do is gather your belongings and leave your apartment by 11am.  After that your door code will automatically deactivate.
